While I was visiting my wife’s sister in the city yesterday afternoon, she told me that she had to run to the store to pick something up before we had lunch. My wife and I sat and waited in her apartment, and I decided to read the paper. On one of the local pages, the headline read, “cavoodle puppies for sale sydney” and it had a bunch of pictures posted. I called the number to find out where they were being sold at. When my sister in law got home, we told her that we were going to go puppy shopping after lunch.

I’m really rubbish with my money so I’m coming off my contract phone. I’ve stopped shopping too and I’ve even sold some Jimmy Choos on eBay (I know! Jimmy Choos!!) but I need to stop buying things that I can’t afford. Like I said, I’ve just come off my contract phone, I had loads of add ons etc. Instead I got a cheaper PAYG phone using Vodafone promotional codes and I’m setting myself a phone budget. I think I’ll stick to it too coz I’m so broke I can’t afford to not stick to it! I know it’s going to be rough though. Hopefully with the money I save I can buy back my Jimmy Choos…

Overall, water is the best energydrink because it works the best to hydrate the body and keep it working properly. It is important to drink lots of it at all times and to be especially diligent when participating in an exercise program or athletic event. Sometimes it’s fun to mix water with a sports drink powder to add a little more flavor and variety to a person’s fluid intake. Juice is very nutritious but doesn’t provide many hydration benefits. Its high fruit sugar content doesn’t do much for hydration and it doesn’t work well to quench thirst. Soft drinks don’t contain any healthy nutrients but taste good so a person is likely to drink more of them. Their high carbohydrate content provides a quick energy boost that is sometimes needed during periods of exercise. And, they tend to work well to hydrate the body. Beer or other alcoholic beverages are great for spectators but not for athletes. They do very little to increase hydration so should not even be considered for consumption during periods of exercise.

Some of the best lodge hotels in the world are located in a small cluster in the Canadian Rocky Mountains of Alberta and British Columbia. They were all built during the construction of the Canadian Pacific Railway from the east coast of Canada to the west coast and they were built to attract travelers to come and ride the railway to the west. These lodge hotels include the stunning Banff Springs Hotel, the Chateau Lake Louise, and many other smaller backcountry mountain lodges that require travelers to hike or ride horses into. If you are planning a vacation to Alberta, you can’t forget to spend some time exploring these great old lodge hotels.
