What if optimal nutrition were something different than we’ve been led to believe

My uncle always thought that as long as he were eating at one fast food restaurant than the other that he was being healty. Then he was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. He tried just about everything under the sun, including a whole lot of things a lot of licensed professionals told him to do, along with a lot of medicines for the condition. Then he came across the book about optimal nutrition and did all the kinds of things it told him to do, like bone broth soup and free range meats and ample, raw fermented vegetables. Surprisingly, he got a whole lot better.

My Sister Set Up The Kitchen Island Bar

I had a family party this past weekend and everyone was here helping me out. My brother did a great job of getting the grill fired up and ready to accept all our prepped entree foods. My sister was here before everyone else arrived and she set up the kitchen island bar so that we had some refreshments ready for the rest of the guests. My younger brother was a huge help in setting up the tables and chairs out on the deck so that we could enjoy the cool breezes and the sunlight filtering through the trees as we ate.

Head Over Heels

I am always trying to stay in shape and will jump from one fitness craze to the next in an effort to do so. My last great idea was to run a 10k. I finished nearly last and my reward for not getting in shape first was horrible heel pain after the race. I ordered a night splint from the Podiatry Supply website on the advice of my doctor. I wasn’t so sure about it at first but once I got used to sleeping with the night splint it wasn’t too much longer before I started seeing some progress with my heel pain. Next time I will use my head before I take on physical challenges like a race.

Mormons are christian debate

Years ago we had a special community meeting about whether Mormons are Christian or not and this guy who is from Ed Decker’s “ministry” give us this long speech about how he grew up in the church and became exmormon during the question and answer session. The moderator had to direct him to stop addressing the congregation and ask a question if he had one. He and these other exmormon people had come early to monopolize the front row seats, including Ed Decker himself. It was bizarre. Some of them came from other states for a meeting that was local.
