I have heard that you can get really good results if you do a boot camp style workout, so I am trying to find one that I will be able to attend. I have heard that there is a Boot Camp Parramatta class, and I am trying to find out more about it to see whether or not it would suit my needs. I can’t do a class that is really long, but as long as I can find something that is an hour or less it might work out for me depending on the time of day it is offered.
