On Tuesday morning I went to my regular chiropractic office visit to have my back adjusted. I’ve been doing this for the past three years. My chiropractor, Harry, is originally from mainland China and as far as I’m concerned is the best health practitioner I’ve ever had in my life. On top of adjusting my back he always seems to give out good health advice. Just recently he told me about some Acai benefits of the Acai berry. I had a vague recollection of hearing about this berry in the past. I’m glad Harry had something to say about it because he really put it into perspective for me.

I have a friend who is always in a good mood. She is the type of person that always has a smile on her face and would give you the shirt off of her back. Even though she had been out of work for a little while, she never got down about it. Now, this friend is going to physical therapy college. She decided that she never really loved the field that she was in and would much rather do something that involved helping people and figured that now while she was out of work would be the perfect time to go back to school.
