The rib roast my girlfriend made last night was incredible. This was just one part of a fantastic meal that she had put together for us and I was impressed. My girlfriend had just started going to cooking school a few months back and it is really starting to show in some of what she is making these days. She did something else very nice for me yesterday. She went online to buy an iPod Classic LCD. I had somehow broken the lower right hand corner of the one I had now and it has been bothering me quite a bit.
