After reading a book on home roof repair, I decided to repair the flashing. On the roof I found flashing that was bent and corroded which allowed water to flow into the wall beneath. I needed to get to the edge of the flashing so I had to remove the shingles and siding that covered it. The new tin snips worked well at cutting a new piece of flashing to cover the area I needed. I used galvanized nails and silicon caulk to make a secure water proof seal. I applied new shingles to cover the edge of the flashing and replaced the siding that was removed.

One of my friends came over to my house the other day, and he asked me if he could use my computer.
