When it was time to hire some extra security for our ammunition plant, we looked into a lot of possibilities. The easiest and most cost effective proved to be hiring personnel from one of the local security guard companies. They do all the scheduling for around the clock guard duty as well as monitoring cameras in strategic places. A factory such as ours cannot afford to have break-ins of any kind. Security is an absolute necessity. We have been very pleased with the guards that the company has sent over. They are professional, yet unobtrusive. I think even our workers feel a little more comfortable, especially in the days in which we live, when terrorism is never too far from any-one’s mind.

I just bought a used digital camera from my brother. It is around 2 years old and he bought it new. The camera is in very good shape, but I am concerned that the panasonic lumix battery that came in it may not last much longer. Of course, my brother says it still has a lot of good use in it, but I am still a little nervous about it. I would like to find out what the average lifespan of this type of battery is and how soon I can expect to need to replace it? I may go ahead and buy an extra battery to keep on hand.
