Driving in the Rain

There are certain places where people should just know how to drive if it is raining, right? For instance, I am sure that the people in Seattle, Washington area know how to drive in the rain because it rains there most of the time. So when I was driving in Phoenix it just goes to show you that they do not know how to drive in the rain, because it rarely rains there. Now I need Auto Insurance Quotes Phoenix that are cheaper then what I have now that I have been in an accident in the rain in Arizona and I did not know how to handle it.
