Asbestos Removal

My neighbor had asbestos really badly in their basement. In our state, legally, a homeowner can remove it themselves but I told him that it would be best if he had a professional com and do it. He wanted to save the money it would cost to fix it but when I reminded him that by paying someone that had the training and skills to do asbestos remediation, he would also be paying for experience. When he looked up all the risks involved in removing the damage himself, he took my advise and now my neighbors are staying with us until they get their house fixed.
