Extra Support For The Company

The architect I work for recently installed Business Objects. His business was expanding and he wanted to make sure his company was prepared to handle the business. I had to go through a 2 day training to be able to understand the software and how it works. The company told us that we would have 24 hours access to their business objects consultants support line. I am happy that he actually took the time to make sure I had what I needed to do my job properly because the software is a little complicated. With all the support I think I’ll be able to handle it.
