My best friend and I recently graduated from college and started a jewelry business. When you first start a business, there is so much to learn, especially when it comes to getting a Commercial Property Loan. First we wrote a comprehensive business plan to take to lenders so they could see our business model and how we will make profits. We had to have good credit too. Once we got the loan we were able to invest in materials, rent a space in the mall, and start advertising. It is a lot of work and responsibility, but our business is already turning a profit and paying off the loan.
