Less Travel Saves Money

I believe I can save our chief financial officer quite a bit of money. I realized the other day after seeing this stack forms on his desk that many people are traveling. Our executives travel, our salespeople travel, and many others. I just started using gotomeeting online software for my sales pitches. So I am able to now show others how our software works. It is great because I can set up a meeting and just send an e-mail to someone. Once they received that e-mail they can then simply login and view my computer screen. This way I can show them how the software works and basically give them a presentation without ever having to leave my office. They don’t have to travel and I do not have to travel so we are both saving quite a bit of money
