Offshore Chef Job

I think an exciting job wold be to be an offshore chef. I had always thought that there was not any such of a thing. Then I met a man who had that very job. Now I think that wold be a great job. You are out for a while, but then you get to be back for a while also. It would even out and the pay is great. I love being on the water, but I Am thinking that being on the water on one of those rigs, is way different than a day at the beach. Quite a bit different.
