Signing up with a professional luxury real estate agent will help you more than you know in your search for a new home.  Professional real estate agents have access to information on house listings that you might not be able to see on your own.  They know about listings as soon as they become available because their MLS database is updated daily, a good agent will relay that information to their clients as quickly as they can.  Your real estate agent will help you with submitting an offer to the seller and with any negotiations between you and the buyer.
