The necessity for hard copies of files and documents has diminished as people can now have soft copies off these files and documents and can easily transfer them through various electronic devices that are available now to people.
On the other hand, printing technology keeps on improving and a printing company needs to acquire these new technologies to be able to keep abreast of the developments and to stay in the business. And these technologies need quite an investment. But these new printing technologies are necessary for a printing company to be able to provide their clients’ printing needs.
