The DEA Training that my brother is going through

My younger brother Marcus has worked for the same company for the past eight years. Recently he has been promoted a couple of times and was in need of some additional training. Last night he called me up on the phone and he told me that the company is going to put him through some DEA training. I live in the United States and I thought he had somehow gotten into law enforcement. He then went on to explain that DEA was short for domestic energy assessor training. We then talked about my upcoming trip back home to the United Kingdom and some of the things we would do together.
