Sometimes, I wonder if cat claws are healthy because there are so many of my friends and neighbors who get their cats declawed; however, I find this vet practice to be unethical. A cat’s only defense is in their claws and I cannot imagine how a cat must feel if they were taken out. I understand that some people have a problem with their cat ruining and destroying their furniture, but is there not another way to solve this kitty problem? Is a Cat’s Health in jeopardy in any way if he or she gets declawed? Do they feel any pain or go through any emotional trauma because of this vet medical procedure?

Whenever my Maltese gets terrible tear stains on his face, it is quite likely that an ear infection dog infection won’t be too far behind. I don’t know why exactly but I think that the tear stains are actually his bodies way of fighting against the infection and its way of telling me that something is terribly off balance. The funny thing is that once the ear infection is taken care of the tear stains go away on their own.
