Can People Talk Computer?

My husband hates making any type of telephone calls. He seems to get tongue-tied when he speaks to people. He hates when he realizes that a company uses live answering services to answer their calls. My husband would much rather talk to a computer system. He spends all day working with computers. He is so good at using the automated systems, that I think he is actually learning to communicate with these machines. I wonder if one day everyone will spend the day talking to computers, and texting other humans. I don’t think I like computers enought to see that happen.
