Knife Block Saves Space

I recently purchased a new gourmet knife set and wanted to have them readily available when I am cooking. I found an attractive Knife Block that will hold the entire set and a set of six steak knives. I like the idea of keeping all my knives in the same place. Keeping the steak knives in a drawer takes up space and is usually hazardous to my health. I have a tendency to put my hand in the drawer and grab instead of looking carefully. This block will also fit in to my kitchen décor with its traditional wood look.
