Boost your physical ability!

I read this article about this boot camp training type of workout called, “Tacfit Commando”. Personally, I’m not into muscle building. In the article, it pointed out that Tacfit Commando is not all about working out the body. It’s actually a workout routine made for bodyguards, counter terrorism squads, law enforcement agencies, etc.

The main focus of the program is to boost one’s physical ability. This is where fat loss and muscle building starts because the routine makes you fit. But please bear in mind that this is NOT a program made to eliminate your extra pounds. It’s just the result of the ultra-intense and hard core training.

Hope to buy TACFIT Commando soon. I’m really up for the challenge!
