Learn to reap the benefits of good habits and cast out the habits that offer no benefits and may even cause you harm. Smoking is a bad habit, so why not find a new one to replace your old habit of smoking. Every time you go to reach for a cigarette, reach for something else. With a plan of action and the self discipline of yourself in action you can break any bad habit that you desire.
