Losing Weight Permanently

Everyone seems to be looking for a fast weight loss regime. Yet, there really isn’t one out there. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to exercise and eat healthy foods. By increasing your intake of fruits, vegetables and whole grains you will lose weight. Also, drink lots of water and eliminate juices and sodas for the most part. You can still eat sweets and junk food, just sample them rather than eating a whole serving (or bag). The weight will come off, maybe not as fast as you would like yet you will keep it off it you lose weight this way.
