Repairing Wheelchair Ramp

I built the wheelchair ramp that I have outside about a year ago and while I did not expect it to last this long, nor did I expect to need it this long, it has stood up pretty well to the conditions it has been under. I followed great plans for wooden wheelchair ramp and now I am wondering if there is a specific plan that I can follow to just complete or fix the parts that are showing the most tread on them. I need it to last a couple more months and I do not want to rebuild from scratch.
