Exercise more to lose tummy fat

The best way or to say the truth, the only way to reduce your fat is by doing exercise. Begin with some warm up exercise at the beginning. If you start with hard exercise at the beginning itself, you might end up with cramp or sprain. So do some walking or skipping for first few weeks. Later, do the abdominal exercises. Everyday do your exercises regularly and never try to skip it. Set up your mind that you can and you will lose tummy fat. Always keep this as your aim and do the exercises. The final result will make you forget your entire struggle.
