Interested in Finding a Natural Enlarged Prostate Cure

I have always considered myself to be a pretty healthy person. I try to eat well and exercise regularly. However, that does not mean that I do not have the occasional health problems. Right now, I am interested in finding a natural cure for an enlarged prostate. I do not want to take any unnatural drugs or medications if I do not need to. I figure that these days, with so many people looking for alternative treatments that there must be something out there that I could take that would be just as effective but without putting chemicals into my body.
