Use The Internet For Better Golf

I suppose it might be better if I had a few lessons, just to get me started, but they seem to be quite pricey, so instead, I am getting some free beginner golf tips online. I have tried watching other people play and I have been trying to find out all about the rules on the Internet and that has been helping me a little bit, but I have been wondering whether there is more that I can do in order to improve at these very initial stages. I do not want to start playing wrongly or pick up bad habits from the start as it might mean that I find it hard to change the way that I play later on.
