“Chupe” Dishes of Peruvian Cuisine

When the cold sets in, a nice hearty bowl of soup will keep you warm. The creamy and earthy Chupe de camarones is perfect in this setting. A mix of rich and flavorful ingredients will please your senses, most especially the inviting aroma of oregano. Since Peru is very rich in sea foods, you’ll notice how so many dishes using it as a key ingredient in making the food more palatable and exciting, emerged through the years. Influenced by some of the leading cuisines in the world like French, creating Parihuela. Several creations of “Chupe” have been made by adventurous chefs including Chupe Criollo, Chupe Andino, Chupe de Carne and many more.
